Today I’m thinking about paradoxes. ‘Being here and now’ can mean two quite different states of mind – one is a small place, a disappointed place where I’m face to face with things not going my way. A limited, static place of no alternatives.
Then there’s the other ‘being here and now’ – the expansive, full, mind.
For this episode – one long conversation cut into two parts – I’m talking to Kelly Pryde, who is Skyping with me from Toronto, Canada. She is a coach, mentor, and teacher specializing in giftedness and mindfulness-based approaches to living well with intensity. Kelly is also the founder of the Gifted Mindfulness Collective ― an InterGifted partner project that offers community, courses, and resources ‘for intense minds and curious seekers.’
